 As a spiritual woman, I strive to listen to my clients' bodies, truly understanding their needs. My deep love for God's creation, especially the beach, inspires me to stay grounded and connected to the natural world. I believe in maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle, always taking care of myself so I can be fully present and strong for my clients.

If you see me at the office, or in a chair, you will receive therapeutic massage techniques performed by a Board-Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Therapist. My unique blend of techniques consists of cranial sacral, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and passive stretching.

I also provide Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and more—to help clients achieve balance and relaxation. Since becoming a massage therapist, I have developed a passion for working with the geriatric community, offering the love of touch and listening to their stories, a group I feel is often overlooked.
